    CENTRAMATIC Warranty

    F & F Industries, Inc., doing business as CENTRAMATIC warrants their balancers to be commercially free from any defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of purchase, but shall not extend to any equipment that has been affected by damage or wear resulting from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accident, tampering, faulty installation, inadequate maintenance, damage, casualty, or any other reason. This warranty shall not extend to equipment that has been repaired or altered in any way that affects the condition of the balancer(s).

    Warranty Returns

    Contact the order desk at 1-800-523-8473 for a Return Authorization Number before returning any part. This warranty is conditional upon the receipt of a valid warranty registration card. The balancer(s) should be shipped PREPAID and clearly labeled with the Return Authorization Number to: CENTRAMATIC 5345 South I-35W Alvarado, TX 76009 Shipments that are received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. No other locations are authorized to cover warranties.

    Warranty Limitations

    The buyer's exclusive remedy against CENTRAMATIC for the breach of any obligation under this sales contract, whether derived from warranty or otherwise shall be limited as specified herein to repair, replacement or refund at CENTRAMATIC'S sole option. CENTRAMATIC shall not be liable for any other damages or losses, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for injury to persons, products, buildings, contents of buildings or any other property, lost profits or sales or for any other direct, incidental or consequential loss. The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, written or oral, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of either merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
