How the estimate is calculated
Annual tire expense is calculated from tire prices and expected life across steer and drive positions. When recaps are included, casing cost is spread across new-tire and recap mileage. Annual fuel expense uses miles driven, fuel economy and diesel price.
Tire and fuel savings use the reduction percentages you enter. Fleet savings multiply the per-truck estimate by your truck count. Payback compares the balancer investment with estimated annual savings.

Are the savings guaranteed?
No. The starting values are examples, not promises or measurements of your fleet. Actual results depend on route, load, tires and maintenance. Enter assumptions supported by your own operating records and review the published test results.
Can I include retread or recap costs?
Yes. Enter the recap price, expected mileage and recaps per casing. Leave the recap fields at zero if they do not apply.
Do I need to submit contact details?
