RETAIL RETURN POLICY
Product purchased direct from Centramatic may be returned within 30 Days after date of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price less any shipping and/or handling charges. The refund will be applied in the form of the original means of payment.
Call 800-523-8423 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA Number is to be written on the outside of the box that is being returned to:

Return freight must be prepaid. Collect Shipping charges will be refused.
CENTRAMATIC WARRANTY
F & F Industries, Inc., doing business as CENTRAMATIC warrants their balancers to be commercially free from any defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of purchase, but shall not extend to any equipment that has been affected by damage or wear resulting from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accident, tampering, faulty installation, inadequate maintenance, damage, casualty, or any other reason. This warranty shall not extend to equipment that has been repaired or altered in any way that affects the condition of the balancer(s).
This warranty is conditional upon the PREPAID RETURN of the balancer(s)claimed to be defective. Examination by CENTRAMATIC will be the sole judge as to the condition of such. If the claimed defect is verified, CENTRAMATIC will repair or replace free of charge any defective part(s) and returned to the original purchaser with transportation prepaid. If inspection of the balancer(s) does not disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge, which may include the costs of parts, labor and transportation. In no case shall CENTRAMATIC’S liability exceed the amount of the purchase price.
The balancer(s) should be shipped PREPAID and clearly labeled with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to:

Shipments that are received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. No other locations are authorized to cover warranties.
The buyer’s exclusive remedy against CENTRAMATIC for the breach of any obligation under this sales contract, whether derived from warranty or otherwise shall be limited as specified herein to repair, replacement or refund at CENTRAMATIC’S sole option. CENTRAMATIC shall not be liable for any other damages or losses, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for injury to persons, products, buildings, contents of buildings or any other property, lost profits or sales or for any other direct, incidental or consequential loss.
The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, written or oral, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of either merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose.
